Auction of a whole lot of shares of Thai Nguyen Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company (HTTN)

On August 5, the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) will hold an auction of shares of Thai Nguyen Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (HTTN) by the Investment Corporation. and Trading in State owned capital (SCIC) to divest all of SCIC’s investment capital in HTTN. SCIC is the state shareholder and parent company, currently owns 98.84% of the total outstanding shares of HTTN. The volume of shares put up for auction is 13,919,957 shares, in the form of a whole lot auction with a starting price of VND 316,213,000,000/share lot.
